Trainer / Coach (Health & Hospital)

Well respected and well-known Healthcare facility in Far Rockaway/Queens, NY is looking for a Learning & Organizational Development Consultant, Executive and Leadership Coach and Trainer.
Qualifications:

• Facilitates programs for diverse, cross-cultural, and cross-functional teams.
• MBTI, Hogan, Situational Leadership II, ESCI 360, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and PCC certified executive, leadership, and performance improvement Coach.
• Worked for the NYC Health & Hospitals system as a Learning & Organization Development Leader, experiences include developing and training soft-skills workshops, including Communicating with Empathy and Emotional Intelligence, as well as facilitating New Hire Orientation.
• Trainer with international classroom and virtual training delivery experience.
• Coach, Trainer, and Instructional Designer with extensive cross-industry experience in program management, curriculum development, instructional design, classroom/virtual training, and coaching.
• Seasoned Learning & Organizational Development Consultant, Executive and Leadership
