Location Remote- prefer local to Pittsburgh, PA
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- 3-5 years of remote and on-site technical support experience
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/2013 and Active Directory
- Experience with Office 365
- 2+ years of incident and team escalation support
- Experience with Citrix and other related technologies
- Ability to work independently or cooperatively as a team member
- Able to learn technical concepts quickly and apply them effectively
- Able to troubleshoot and research issues, using internal and external resources such as technical forums and knowledge bases available through the Internet
- Powershell Scripting
- Some exposure with supporting of Citrix XenApp or XenDesktop
- Provide exceptional customer services via phone and email, and in person as appropriate
- Work independently or on a team to build, deploy, and migrate customers to Microsoft Infrastructure Platforms including Exchange, and/or Office 365
- Act as escalation point for Support Analysts providing support and mentoring
- Experience with Server Monitoring, Alerting, and Patching
- VMWare Vsphere
- Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Citrix Hyper-Visor (XenServer), Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Citrix Gateway, PVS, MCS
- 3-5 years of Windows Server support experience
- Microsoft Solutions Experience (O365, Active Directory, Exchange, Intune, Microsoft Teams, Hyper-V)
- Associate Degree or certificate of course completion in a technical field
