Location: Remote Position; c andidates must be licensed in the state of California.

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST | Monday - Friday

• Responsible for providing general psychological care and treatment to patients in medical facilities such as the clinic and health center

How you will make an impact (including but are not limited to):

• Submits the health care plan and goals of individual patients for periodic review and evaluation by the Physician and the BH team.
• Performs mental status examinations, therapy, and preventive health measures.
• Records physical findings, and formulates a plan and prognosis, based on the patient's condition.
• Discusses case with the Physician and other health professionals to prepare a comprehensive patient care plan.
• Reviews psychological diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs.
• Refers patients to the Physician and Psychiatrist for consultation or specialized health resources for treatment, and work in a collaborative care model.
• Administers or recommends individual therapy or other forms of treatment.

Minimum Requirements

• Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test is a requirement for this position.
• Current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in applicable state(s) required.
• Requires MS in Social Work, MS in Marriage and Family Therapy, or a PhD in Psychology and minimum of 5 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• Behavioral Health Case Management experience is helpful
• Experience working with medical staff is preferred

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is: $64,160 - $115,488
