Job Description
Full
Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) services are in person and typically provided to youth in any setting where the youth reside, such as the home (including foster homes and therapeutic foster homes), and in other community settings such as school, childcare centers, or respite settings. We encourage individuals who believe they have the skills necessary to thrive to apply for this role even if they don't meet 100% of the job requirements.

The mentor works with a clinical therapist to explore a youth’s interests and abilities and creates activities that build various life skills and result in linkages to community activities.
