Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Teller/ASR for the Branch Support.

The role of the Teller is to provide professional and quality service to members, complete requests in a timely manner, resolve issues, and provide accurate information. This role is one that is expected to be familiar with and have an understanding of all deposit and loan products, branch policies, procedures, regulatory and compliance guidelines. The individual is dedicated to delivering a positive member experience, while using good judgement when processing cash transactions, negotiable items, and communicating with members. In addition, this role requires you to use resources effectively and efficiently to fulfill the member’s needs. If the individual is unable to complete the member’s request, they are accountable to seek assistance from the Lead or Branch Manager.

  • Apply best practice processes to ensure optimal audit results that includes error free processing of documentation, no or few error findings, intuitive utilization of audit readiness job aids/procedures, and any operational quality control reports
  • Follow appropriate organization Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance to minimize risk exposure to include financial responsibility, operational, reputation, and regulatory
  • Demonstrate a professional, knowledge and positive attitude to enhance member experience

Experience:

Required

  • 1 year cash handling experience
  • 1 year customer service experience

Education:

Required

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Scheduled Shifts: Monday - Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm, 8:30am-5:30pm, 9:30am-6:30pm, and rotating Saturdays from 8:30am-12:30pm

Level of Work: 1B

Starting Pay Range: $17.44-$19.00
