Under general supervision, but in conformance with established policies and procedures, provides a variety of customer service functions, such as processing checking accounts, savings accounts, and loan transactions; cashing checks, selling cashier checks, and processing mail, maintaining account records as well as other frontline customer duties. Is responsible for providing a high quality of customer service, cross-selling bank services, and balancing each day's transactions and verifying cash totals. Assists with balancing the branch's daily activities and totals. Education and/or Experience High School diploma or equivalent. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
