In Operations, you’ll deliver the world’s best psychedelic therapy experiences and outcomes by building and leading teams of exceptional guides (coaches) and support specialists, ensuring high-quality and efficient operations, and collaborating with Product and Engineering to ideate and operationalize client service and workflow improvements.
