Telemetry Technician Jobs

Utility Metering Solutions is seeking an individual to fill a Telemetry Technician position.

Individuals in a Telemetry Tech role must be highly motivated, dependable, and able to work independently, with team members, and under the Field Service Manager.

The successful candidate will be expected to perform the following job functions, on a daily basis:

• Meet all required completion dates/times.
• Communicate with others in a professional manner, and have clear written and verbal communication skills
• Operate a handheld tablet, which is used to capture data through bar code scanning, manual entry and photography
• Process the required data accurately, in order to perform quality assurance functions
• Follow standards of safety, productivity and quality of work

UMS provides step-by-step training, & all necessary tools to be successful field.

• Must have clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl, and lift/carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds
• Wearing the Company required uniforms & required PPE, which is provided by the company.
• Have basic technological equipment skills
• Must have and maintain a vehicle & proof of insurance
