- One to two years of experience in the telecommunications or applications programming field or job-related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Skills/Experience
- General knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of telecommunications equipment, systems and vendor capabilities
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Work Environment:
- You will receive coaching both one on one and side by side frequently from your manager.
- You will be on a team of about 15 with one primary manager.
- You will have performance standards that are set by senior leadership.
