RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assess compliance with established standards and protocols.
  • Support others by carrying out a range of product development and engineering activities such as analyzing client situations or interpreting data.
  • Collect and prepare standard data related to ongoing issues.
  • Support others by carrying out routine policy-related tasks.
  • Implement improvements and provide feedback on them. Use change management systems and protocols to provide routine supportive services.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Basic experience of simple office / operational systems.
  • 3+ years of experience in the lab involved in quality control work.
  • Develops, monitors, interprets and understands policies and procedures
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
  • Possesses familiarity with gas and liquid chromatography, NIR, FTIR, and titrations.
  • Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to develop appropriate plans or perform necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.
  • High School diploma required, associates or bachelor's in chemistry or biology is highly preferred.
