IT Technical Analyst – Resident Shows Division
Permanent position
We are looking for our next IT Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group. In this role, you will bring IT Service Support to the Resident Shows Division in Las Vegas, NV. The IT Technical Analyst has the opportunity to visit our show rooms to ensure equipment and systems applicable to the IT Team are functioning as intended.
The IT Technical Analyst will:
  • Provide technical support to all users in the Resident Shows Division with computers, peripherals, network, telecommunications, software information systems and telephones.
  • Assist in the installation and maintenance of IT equipment, which includes: computers, peripherals, network, telecommunications, software, information systems, and telephone systems.
  • Be on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Participate in the development and testing of a standardized desktop operating system.
  • Participate in the analysis and development of information systems.
  • All other duties as assigned by the IT Team Lead and IT Operations Director, Resident Shows Division.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • Verification of the right to work in the United States for Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, as demonstrated by completion of the Form I-9 upon hire and the submission of acceptable documentation (as noted on the Form I-9) verifying one’s identity and work authorization;
  • Ability to wire RJ-45 connections, and punchdowns;
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS, MS Office, Exchange, Active Directory;
  • MCSA, CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+) certification preferred;
  • Although not a pre-employment condition, this position requires you to be fully vaccinated. If requested, reasonable accommodations will be considered.
  • Cellular phone management experience;
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with minimal supervision;
  • Clean driving record;
  • Completion of a two-year college program, with an emphasis on IT or equivalent work experience;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
  • At least three years of previous experience working with Windows networks/PC hardware;
  • Solid understanding of corporate networks;
  • SCCM experience;
