Job Details


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation sales, engineered solutions, automation solutions, tool calibration, tool repair, and controlled robots. An Associates Degree is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and networking
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
  • Provide technical support and expertise to clients throughout the sales process
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and prospects
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitors
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote the company and its products


Qualifications


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building business relationships
  • Strong technical knowledge of automation solutions, engineered solutions, tool calibration, tool repair, and controlled robots
  • Associates Degree preferred, but not required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
