Technical Program Manager

This role is a temp to perm technical program manager role. The role will support the development and implementation of Robotics scan-less Technology, which leverages computer vision to reduce costs in the company Fulfillment Network.

This role will support multiple science and software teams in:

Driving a product from tech readiness to scalable and maintainable (logistics, test plans, customer interface, bug triage, process hardening) Executing scan-less technology product implementation in customer use cases (requirement writing, project planning, software team execution)

Need to have:

The ability to learn fast.

Strong technical program management functional skills:

• Cross-functional program execution
• Cross-functional communication
• Finalize the closing out of new products validated in the field
• Support for R&D planning and customer implementation
• Project planning & execution

The ability to operate independently with defined expectations.

3-5 years of professional experience in technical program management or a similar role.

Nice to have:

• Engineering or similar background
• Product experience (understanding customer needs to translate them to engineering deliverables)
• Domain experience (vision systems, machine learning, optical hardware, hardware)
