Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivery of outcomes defined to an appropriate quality, within a timescale and at an acceptable cost.
  • Manage overall performance against the goals set by the organization, service level agreements.
  • Create/assist in preparing formal project plans, schedule.
  • Responsible for mentoring development staff in best practices, design techniques, tool usage, etc.
  • Prepare, manage and execute on Hiring plan as per the project requirements.
  • Responsible for tracking the Project progress and status reporting.
  • Participate in internal/external project discussions and provide status.
  • Provide support in QA activities, Audits.
  • Responsible for people management.
  • Identify risks associated with Project execution and manage the risks with mitigation & contingency plan.
  • Works with the management team to establish and enforce department policies, best practices.
  • Responsible for metrics data collection.
  • Set goals, evaluate and measure staff performance.


Required Skills & Experiences:

  • Fuel Cell integration experience with Class 8 heavy duty EV trucks.
  • Good in identifying Risks and Mitigation, Contingency Plans.
  • Good knowledge of Hydrogen Fuel Cell Technology.
  • Should have knowledge of Configuration Management and its process.
  • Should have knowledge of Change Management and its process.
  • Good Knowledge of V-Cycle and preferably ASPICE and ISO26262.
  • Experience of handling team members along with grooming them.
  • Good in customer communication and issues resolutions.
  • Experience of leading large programs with the ability to work with global cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Must be a Team Lead with good interactions skills and negotiation skills.
  • Should have knowledge in weekly, monthly reports preparation and presentation to higher management.


Qualifications:

  • Around 15+ Years of overall experience with around 5 years of experience in program/project management.
  • Masters/Bachelors in Computers/Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics or similar.
