Technical Program Manager Jobs

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for interfacing with clients, managing technical matters, and driving successful project outcomes from initiation to delivery. Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate comprehensive program/project schedules and provide regular status reports, enabling transparency and effective decision-making.
• May manage and oversee projects, taking ownership of their successful execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, offering valuable technical and analytical insights to support informed decision-making.
• Organize cross-functional activities to ensure the program is completed on schedule and within budget constraints, driving seamless coordination and alignment across teams.
• Represent the team in product shiprooms, actively participating in discussions and ensuring required release requirements are met.
• Create functional specifications, requirements, and scopes that serve as guiding tools for product, service, and project implementation.
• Engage with clients as a technical expert and project subject matter authority, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Run team bug triage, leveraging engineering tools to facilitate effective backlog work management, including the setup and maintenance of kanban boards and backlog work item structures.

Qualifications:

• Experience in product tech management, with a strong familiarity with ADO (Azure DevOps) skillset, including working with tools like kanban boards and bug/work item management.
• Proficiency in SCRUM methodologies and backlog management, enabling efficient and effective project execution.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) or application feature development, bringing valuable insights to enhance customer-centric solutions.
• 5-7 years of experience in technical program management, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration and decision-making.
• Strong sense of service interactions, particularly in client service interactions, to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• 5-7 years of experience in consumer-forward user experience, driving innovation and meeting user expectations.
• Knowledge and experience in client/application (mobile/PC apps) interactions, ensuring seamless user experiences.
