eNGINE is hiring a Business Analyst to support a client in the healthcare space. This is a 100% remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with management team to thoroughly understand the needs of the Project.
• Provides clearly written business requirements and defines User Acceptance Criteria to IT.
• Possesses solid grasp of overall Project business knowledge, processes, rules, and key success factors.
• Assists in the development of project proposals, recommendations, implementation plans, communication packages, performance measurement tools, and training materials related to the assigned projects.
• Conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses on a broad array of issues across disciplines, projects and functional areas as assigned.
• Develops documentation and creates and executes work plans for quality assurance initiatives across business units within the organization.
• Communicates effectively with end users and IT to promote teamwork and mutual understanding of goals and business requirements
• Assists with validating and quality checking the software developed by IT.
• Works directly with customers at all levels within the organization and with outside customers to analyze and define needs and specifications.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of BA Experience
• Strong Oral and written skills.
• Technical proficiency
• The ability to collaborate with external/internal customers to analyze business requirements.
• A strong understanding of software development lifecycle, and project management is required.
• Bachelors degree in MIS, business, or related field required
• Knowledge of programming technologies is preferred.
