Technical Business Analyst Jobs

• Deep understanding of a user story and anatomy therein. Actor, Action Taken, Behavior, Business Value Justification, acceptance criteria etc
• Process and Sequence diagramming
• Business Rule Management includes experience managing at local feature and global application levels.There will be challenges associated with the interplay of somewhat obscured existing business rules.
• Knowledge of API, Swaggerand Postman - Endpoint testing
• Understanding the architecture and talking to the architect and explaining the details to the team
• Exposure to UX discovery and development
• Basic knowledge of programming or some understanding of technical skills
• This would encompass, at minimum, Grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Demo and Retrospective.
• General Business Analysis Capabilities
• Definition, importance and role ownership of Ceremonies, Scrum recognized and otherwise.
• Exposure to Journey Mapping and Persona Concept
• Strong discovery experience
• Experience managing requirements in an agile format from discovery through to delivery in an ongoing successful and sustainable model
• Know how to write JIRA stories, strong knowledge of JIRA / Confluence / xray
• Diverse group facilitation Should be able to drive consensus around variety of Virtusa and Client business, technical leaders, SMEs

Other Areas of Required Expertise

• Experience taking a new product from concept to market in a highly regulated industry
• Experience Dealing with legal and compliance in the Banking/Financial Sector
• Exposure to Retail loan environment (Working knowledge of retail loan environment)
