Business Systems Analyst Jobs

Radial, Inc. seeks Business Systems Analyst in King of Prussia, PA.
Job Duties: Build and maintain business intelligence applications that provide KPIs that inform Fulfilment Operations organization decision making. Function as subject matter expert on operations, BI applications and systems that deliver actionable insights to the business. Lead projects focused on improving business performance via business analytics. Partner with Enterprise Business Intelligence team to develop accurate and actionable views, dashboards, and metrics. Perform analysis of findings/trends using statistical analysis, modeling, process documentation, profitability analysis. Manage large data stats. Influence key stakeholders. Telecommuting Permitted.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in business, or a closely related quantitative field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation in data analysis and business analytics.
Special Skill Requirements:

• Experience extrapolating and manipulating required data from large data sets in XML files
• Knowledge of data visualization and Business Intelligence tools and processes
• Ability to create process flows/ workflows using data modeling tools such as MS Visio
• Eliciting requirements from key stakeholders through requirement gathering sessions and gap analysis
• Advanced SQL and ETL processes
• Experience creating test scenarios/ cases and test data for supporting end-to-end testing
• Experience documenting project artifacts including Business Requirements and Technical Specification documents
