We are looking for a passionate Technical Author and Editor with experience in QA engineering to join our team as a contractor. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing the part of written content for the bootcamp, including training materials, manuals, and documentation.
What you will do::

• Create learning objectives for bootcamp students together with the content lead and student experience team (if you don’t have experience with this, that’s ok. We’ll teach you and work on it together).
• Write clear, concise, and comprehensive content for manuals, guides, and technical documents.
• Collaborate with the QA team to create training materials (lessons, tasks, quizzes) and documentation for student projects on the program.
• Ensure all written content meets industry standards and aligns with bootcamp objectives (researching up-to-date tools for QA engineers, AI tools, writing prompts, adding them to the program).

Requirements:

• Experience in the QA industry (as a QA Engineer, Tester, or similar role, using both manual and automated testing).
• Time commitment: be able to devote at least 30h per week to work; Be able to work from 8 am ET till 4 pm ET.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer/Editor/Author or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of quality assurance processes.
