Job Description

Our Las Vegas team is growing, we have an exciting opportunity to join an amazing team as a Talent Manager. This is a very unique role within Robert Half, combining the best of the finance and accounting industry with access to our proven recruiting and business development methods. Talent managers work with contract professionals exclusively within finance and accounting on various engagements and projects providing top talent and service to our business partners. The Talent Manager reports to the Practice Director and is primarily responsible for the following:


Client development

  • Negotiate bill rates for our contract professionals.
  • Recruit top local finance and accounting professionals, interview, and hire as contract professionals.
  • Manage, counsel, and provide performance feedback.
  • Market to clients via telephone as well as conduct face-to-face meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of marketing our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
  • Develop and grow their own client base by marketing our full-time professional services.

Placement activities

  • Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Place well matched contract employees to varied projects, maintain consistent and on-going contact with the contractor and client to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Uncover additional opportunities through contact with full-time contract professionals on engagement and clients to grow our business and job opportunities for our candidates.


Qualifications:

  • Accounting/Finance/Business Administration degree preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and any Contact Management Application (Salesforce).
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Metrics Driven environment.
  • Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with administrative and customer support department operations.
  • 1+ business development / B2B sales.
