Talent & Culture Hr Associate - Part Time

Join our South Lyon Senior Care & Rehab team!
The Talent & Culture Associate is the first point of support at the facility for recruitment, payroll and other employee-centric administrative tasks. This position will be part time working 3 days per week.
Some Of Your Job Duties May Include

• Daily and weekly completion of payroll and compensation related tasks.
• Other duties as assigned
• Assist team members to get their questions answered.
• Assist the HRBP, ED and other leaders on administrative tasks
• Work closely with the Talent & Culture Business Partner to ensure timely and effective contact with applicants including prescreening and assisting with scheduling interviews.

What You Will Need To Join Our EPIC Team

• Experience should include a generalist background encompassing recruiting, payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration; labor relations experience valuable
• Post-secondary education/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field with at least 1-3 years of human resources experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience; PHR certification preferred.
• Working in a health care environment or industry with a high on-site of customers to employee highly desirable.
• Must possess a strong customer service focus, and have outstanding interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to manage multiple areas of responsibility.
