Overview


Are you a detail-oriented communicator and a data-driven storyteller passionate about employee and candidate experience? We are looking for a talented Talent Brand Strategist to join our team and help us position our company as an employer of choice. What You Will Be Doing


  • Works closely with the marketing department to develop a creative strategy to overcome talent acquisition challenges.
  • Delivers tailored talent brand marketing solutions, this could include developing and implementing “Low-tech” Talent marketing strategies such as site & truck signage.
  • Builds, owns, and execute our Employer Brand Strategy, positioning us as an Employer of Choice.
  • Support published corporate policies.
  • Develops and manages a content calendar to align with our internal and external marketing initiatives - with the flexibility to complete urgent requests when needed.
  • Develops and implements talent branding initiatives for new markets.
  • Works with internal stakeholders to understand the hiring needs of the business, develop recruitment marketing strategies, and create content for the campaigns to meet those needs.
  • Identify and coordinated the application process for employer recognition awards.
  • Gathers and delivers employee stories to publish both internally and externally.
  • Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
  • Creates written and visual content for employer branding marketing for external social media and internal social and communication channels.
  • Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.
  • Supports the DEI group with messaging as required.
  • Trains and enables recruiters, hiring managers, and employees to become active brand ambassadors, helping them by providing content, toolkits/self-service materials, and a content repository.


What We Are Looking For


  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field required.
  • Extensive experience using social media tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Glassdoor required.
  • 2+ years focused experience in Employment Branding or Recruitment Marketing required.
  • 5+ years of experience in related experience required.
  • Prior demonstrated experience in the construction industry will be highly regarded.
  • Strong passion for candidate and employee experience.
  • Visual design skillset with be highly regarded.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into unique, original content in innovative ways in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written (writing, editing, and proofreading) and oral communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills; ability to prioritize, organize time, and consistently meet deadlines; detail-oriented, deadline driven.
  • Highly skilled with asset creation of the web, blogs, social media, and email.
  • Experience in strategic talent communication with both internal experience and external branding experience required.
