The talent acquisition specialist supports Remedi pharmacy sites with recruiting of top talent across the organization.
- Execute a recruitment strategy that includes; job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current openings within the organization.
- Provide candidates with details about corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
- Develop relationships with hiring managers and pharmacy leadership.
- Must be willing to travel overnight once per quarter.
- Act as an administrator of the applicant tracking system (ATS). Assist hiring managers, candidates, and HRBPs in technical questions related to ATS.
- Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms.
- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HRBPs with hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive analysis and research for talent development or retention.
- Develop college and technical school recruiting programs.
- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
- Tracks and reports on job requisitions and fill time statistics.
- Work with pharmacy site HR Business Partners (HRBP) and hiring managers in the coordination of talent acquisition of both external and internal pharmacy operations staff. Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle for pharmacy roles, including initial talent identification, assessments and interviewing. Support offer process as needed.
- Coordinates and attends employment events such as career fairs, job fairs, etc.
- Experience in health care contracting (preferred)
- Train on interviewing skills and policies
- Develop the corporate policy for talent bench-marking
- Branding campaigns
- Review and recommend candidate talent assessment tools/instruments
- Knowledge of applicant tracking and new hire coordination.
- Advanced knowledge of web-based talent search engines and search/data mining capabilities.
- A minimum of two (2) years of agency or in-house full cycle recruiting experience
- Internal referral programs
- Demonstrated track record of successfully sourcing, identifying, interviewing, negotiating and hiring talent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- High School Diploma or GED is required. Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Healthcare, Business or related discipline is preferred.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must have the ability to motivate and lead, strong problem solving abilities, presentation skills and a strong customer service focus.
- Develop employee engagement metrics and retention programs.
- Experience training managers/supervisor on interviewing skills.
- Employment marketing initiatives
- Healthcare or pharmacy recruiting experience is a plus.
- Strong behavior-based interviewing skills.
