Job Description

Client Overview:

Our client is a rapidly growing company operating in the Health-Tech space. They have raised $6 million in funding to support expansion plans. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the leadership team and drive the acquisition of top talent to support the company's growth trajectory.


Position Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and in-person interviews.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through candidate relationship management and proactive networking efforts.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future talent requirements, understanding their specific needs and preferences.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback to candidates.
  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events, to proactively source and engage with potential candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continually seeking opportunities to enhance recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate effective interview processes, including panel interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks.
  • Negotiate and extend job offers, ensuring competitive compensation packages and addressing candidate inquiries.
  • Develop and implement innovative and targeted sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates.


Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably within Health-Tech.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
