Apollo Behavior is a Behavioral Health Center of Excellence. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with excellent customer service experience to join our team. In this role, you will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Your typical day might include:
  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resources staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and organization needs.
  • Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Collaborates with the leadership team and other stakeholders to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
This role might be for you if you have:
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Proactive and independent, with the ability to take initiative.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Requirements:
What you need:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
At least five years of managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process is highly preferred.
Experience recruiting for a medical facility a plus.
SHRM's Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus.
Compensation:
$40,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience
Bi-weekly Bonuses
14 paid holidays days and 10 PTO days per year
