What you will do in this role

The Systems Data Administrator executes the creation, implementation, and maintenance of master data that enable users to optimize system capabilities and workflows; master data includes item master, warehouse and manufacturing locations, and bills of materials. Further, this role maintains the attribute table, ensures packaging specifications are up-to-date and accurate, and conducts numerous procurement support activities. This position will report to the Senior Director, Sourcing & Procurement.


Responsibilities

· Process owner and primary master data person for item master creation and maintenance in the ERP system, which includes the facilitation of new item requests

· Process owner and primary master data person for site/location creation and maintenance in ERP system, which includes the facilitation of new site/location requests

· Creates and maintains bills of materials in the ERP system to ensure CSF compliance, accurate costing, and accurate inventory posting

· Develop, implement, and maintain workflows to support all master data activity

· Maintain the Attribute table to ensure all connect workflows and models include the most up-to-date product information by item

· Responsible to maintain all packaging specifications/requirements; coordinates such requirements as necessary with product management, regulatory, planning, production, and other key stake holders

· Responsible to manage the final packaging dimensions, confirmation of net components and item number on packaging proofs

· Aid in updates to Product Information Sheets on the Atticus LLC website

· Aids in setup, utilization, and optimization of a material requirements planning (MRP) process for purchasing that aligns with the sales and operations planning process (e.g., sales forecast and production plan quantities and timing)

· Maintenance of the average costing file for received packaging and inert materials

· Review purchase price variance and revaluation general ledger account for packaging and raw materials

· Review accrued purchases, and ‘product received not invoiced’ daily reports

· Perform goods receipts for packaging and raw materials in the ERP system

· Create standard operating procedures for procurement and operations as needed



Required Skills/Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in business, supply chain management, or a related field

· Proven track record in Operations, Supply Chain or Manufacturing roles

· Highly Computer literate (in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.); technologically competent

· Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Microsoft D365 preferred

· Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive communication skills

· Strong written and verbal

· Ability to work effectively across diverse and cross-functional teams, under critical timelines and while balancing the needs of internal customers

· Excellent organization, planning, project management, time management and prioritization skills

· Exceed expectations through attention to detail

· Excellent analytical skills
