Job Description

;


The System administrator is responsible for the servers and computers network infrastructure including maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation. Responsible for the installation of hardware and software, and participate in research and development for the continuous improvement of the team. The successful candidate will also support the proactive resolution of problems and issues with computer and server systems to limit work disruptions within our employer. In addition to managing, patching, upgrading and deploying network hardware and software, the system administrator will assist in developing and enforcing IT security policies.


Responsibilities;


  • Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
  • Manage SSL/TLS Certificates associated with the Certificate Authority (CA)
  • Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
  • Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
  • Implement, manage, and monitor firewall security policy
  • Maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues



Requirements;


  • College graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Desired but not essential)
  • Team player
  • Experience in using Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS
  • Five years experience in IT
  • Excellent analytical, written & oral communication skills.
  • Experience with Exchange Online, SMTP Relay, Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with Cisco ASA firewalls including VPN configurations
  • MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP. (Desired but not essential)
