Demonstrated skills and expertise in building and maintaining strong partnerships, coalitions, and alliances, and in resource mobilization

Proven skills in tact and courtesy in influencing decision-makers, ideally on health-related matters

Strong written, analytical and oral communications skills

Manage a team of Project Managers across different time zones

15+ years of work experience running technology projects within middle and/or back-office development teams and managing client-facing communications

Collaborate with the Back-Office Team on Addepar customization, our portfolio management technology

Familiarity with various investments, asset allocation, and portfolio management

Prior and relevant work experience in a Family Office setting required, including an understanding of complex family structures

Work with an FOS Lead Advisors to schedule, coordinate, and plan client and prospect meetings

Attend client meetings and document relevant takeaways

Prepare and deliver client meeting summaries
