Responsibilities


  • Provide software support for clients by professionally responding to inbound tickets, chats, and calls
  • Act as a support representative and consultant for various subjects related to the DrChrono platform
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to analyze and resolve client issues
  • Proactively identify and escalate issues that are not resolved to clients' satisfaction
  • Identify and resolve clients' problems in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction


Skills And Experience


  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal direction
  • 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong customer focus and empathy
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • 3+ years of customer-facing or customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Zendesk and Jira is a plus
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with a positive and proactive approach
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
  • Experience working with multicultural and virtual teams
  • Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
  • 3+ years of troubleshooting or technical support experience


Location:


This role can be based anywhere in the United States, with the option to work remotely or in-office. Travel may be required to corporate headquarters or other office locations.
