As a Supportive Community Living Specialist, you will work directly with clients of the Supportive Community Living team by assisting them in meeting their psychiatric, medical, housing, employment, and social goals. You will work with clients and fellow team members towards meeting the outcome objectives and standards established by the client and team.

As a Supportive Community Living Specialist You Will

• Exercises sound judgement, seeking advice when appropriate
• Must be able to communicate effectively with people of diverse professional, educational and lifestyle backgrounds
• Ability to prioritize client need and to complete required written documentation.
• Must be able to work independently and assume responsibility for timely completing of assigned functions
• Ability to understand and deal effectively with problems and opportunities
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Complete all documentation within established guidelines.
• Must be understanding and patient.
