Job Description

Our established and rapidly growing client in the Insurance Brokerage industry is looking to add a Support Engineer II to their growing team! This is a full-time hybrid position based out of the Atlanta area.



As the Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in researching and triaging Level I and II trouble tickets.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to resolve IT tickets, covering a range of areas such as Windows OS, Network, Printer, Password Re-Set, Office 365, and VPN/connectivity.

Develop and maintain desktop standard images, ensuring consistency across all desktops.

Receive technical issues via phone, email, or walk-in, conducting research to identify and resolve desktop resource-related problems.

Install, troubleshoot, repair, implement, and manage desktop resources, including desktops, laptops, thin clients, printers, copiers, fax machines, and scanners.

Manage inventories and support contracts for desktop resources.



Requirements:


  • Active directory support experience
  • 3 years of experience in help desk or service desk role
  • Office 365 admin experience
  • ServiceNow or other ticketing system experience


Must have IT Service Desk experience in two of the following areas:


  • Telephony & Voice Integration / Troubleshooting Experience
  • Proficiency with computer imaging software
  • Intermediate knowledge of Network Systems
  • IT networking and configuration of LAN/WAN
