Summary

- Managing office operations and administrative functions.
- Purchasing supplies, equipment, registration fees etc.
- Managing time and attendance systems and procedures.
- Coordinating and planning division meetings and events.
- Processing travel authorizations and vouchers in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
- Organizing and managing correspondence, congressional inquiries and other data and prepares basic reports and communications.
- You must be a U.S. citizen to apply for this position.
- You must be able to obtain and maintain a Government credit card.
- You must successfully pass a background investigation.
- Current federal employees must meet time-in-grade requirements.

- This is a Non-Bargaining Unit position.
- If you receive a conditional offer of employment for this position, you will be required to complete an Optional Form 306, Declaration for Federal Employment, and to sign and certify the accuracy of all information in your application, prior to entry on duty.
