Of Woodland Park, NJ Is Seeking To Hire And Train Full-time Care Manager Support Specialists Who Are

Committed to doing whatever it takes to support children with behavioral challenges and their families

Use the Wraparound Model to form a Child-Family Team

Coordinate both formal and informal supports

Utilize family vision, crisis plans, strengths & needs assessments, and care plans

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management through oral and written presentations I reports.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position:

Enhances personal knowledge of Werfen products and other disciplines to increase ability to provide rapid, effective support.

Must have good organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and exercise good judgment.

Proficient skills in typing, Lotus Notes, Excel, Word and other job critical applications

Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience

Work within a small team to manage allocated queue of customer requests.

Provide Value Added Services product training to increase customer product knowledge.

Utilize SalesForce to manage all customer interaction and inquiries.

Receive direction from Manager and guidance from fellow Payments CCSs .

Exceptional customer relationship building skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Administering oral, rectal, vaginal, optic, ophthalmic, nasal, topical, and insulin injection medications, under professional supervision, and after certification by facility officials.

Must be 18 years old. One or more years of work experience or self-employment.

Knowledge of elementary behavior medication techniques, medical terminology, and drug classifications. Ability to prepare and maintain records, charts and reports.

1-2 years of relevant experience (substitutions may be allowed).

Scheduling/Supervising as required in the absence of the Supervising Support Care Assistant.

Providing direction and assistance through counseling sessions with staff.

· Must be 18 years old. One or more years of work experience or self-employment.

· Exercise good judgment and discretion in the performance of job duties.

Support Care Assistant - SEMORS - Sikeston

Scheduled Hours: Various - Various

Percent Travel Required: 0 - 10 %

Administering oral, rectal, vaginal, optic, ophthalmic, nasal, topical, and insulin injection medications, under professional supervision, and after certification by facility officials.

1-2 years of relevant experience (substitutions may be allowed).

Administering medication and treatment in consultations with patient care managers.

2+ years of RN specialty experience

Optimizing patient care by supervising nursing staff.

Performing health assessments and developing specialized treatment plans.

Developing nursing practices, policies, and procedures.

Considering differential diagnoses and making clinical recommendations.

Demonstrate strong leadership and team building abilities.

One or more years of work experience or self-employment.

Performs basic non-professional psychiatric and general nursing work.

Work involves establishing effective interpersonal relationships with residents, co-workers and other members of the health care team.

Contributing to the maintenance of a therapeutic environment.

Able to lift 45lbs vertically from floor to shoulder height

Assist in developing consumer skills related to self-help, play, education, muscular development, and socialization

Provide basic health care for our consumers; from guidance to total care

Prepare and maintain records and reports

Write out shift reports documenting any incidents, issues, or changes that the next shift and management need to be aware of

Ability to work in a fast paced environment, inclusive of organizational skills, critical thinking, and problem solving abilities.

Patient Management and Milieu management

Engage patients in outpatient setting and provide harm reduction education and overdose prevention education to patients

Exhibit good stress reduction skills and strive to encourage an environment that minimizes the stress level as much as possible.

Use effective conflict resolution skills to resolve issues between guests, patients, and staff
