  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in supply chain management, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

  • Solid understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and global logistics operations.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in supply chain management, preferably within the automotive industry, with a track record of delivering operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
