In this Supplier Risk Management role , you will be involved in the company’s on-going objective of maintaining an industry-leading Supplier Risk Management environment and will be a member of the JBPCO Supply Chain Team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Acting as a change agent for continual improvement of the supplier production risk.
• Performing JBPCO Supplier Risk Evaluations, including operating effectiveness and OTD effectiveness assessments.
• Identify compliance and risk management requirements for supported Category Management.
• Monitoring performance deficiencies and validating corrective actions.
• Providing meaningful assessments of application controls in scope for supplier production process, risk, Contracts and OTD.
• Implement, operate, and report results of certain elements of the company's policy, governance, and oversight.
• Validating and challenging documentation of control deficiencies, including issue description, root cause, unmitigated impact, and corrective actions.
• Providing process and control support and thought leadership for projects.
• Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders in the applicable business unit and assigned process areas.
• Analyzing the severity of control deficiencies, both individually and in the aggregate, and the impact to internal control over OTD KPI reporting.
• Monitoring new and emerging supplier performance related guidance and issues and assist with facilitating group-wide training to interested and impacted stakeholders.
• Consult with the JBPCO Supply Chain Management and business unit on Supplier Performance reporting and oversight matters.
• Assessing compliance with JBPCO policies, strategic planning for on-going compliance with JBPCO policies (proactive anticipation of supplier performance related matters).
• Assessing the components of OTD for the business unit.
• Support implementation of moderate to complex projects and initiatives
• Performing walkthroughs of significant processes and ensure required JBPCO documentation is accurate and reflects relevant risk and key controls.
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and JBPCO Category Managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Communicate and provide consultation regularly with stakeholders throughout the JBPCO Supply Chain.
• Providing consultation and subject matter expertise for process and supplier production process matters including evaluating severity of supplier deficiencies and related remediation efforts.
• Assisting with ad-hoc projects.
• Performing Suppler Risk Monitoring responsibilities.
• Validating and challenging risk assessment conclusions, including assessing appropriateness and completeness of key risk and key controls identified.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.
• Ability to travel 25%.
• 3 years of experience conducting Risk Assessment is preferred.
