Supervisor-Rn, Occupational Health & Safety

JOB SUMMARY:
The Occupational Health Nurse Supervisor will administer and coordinate the activities of the occupational health department to ensure responsive medical support and completion of the workers compensation requirements for employees.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
BLS for Health Providers (AHA)
California RN or NP
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong supervisory and leadership skill
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Knowledgeable of workers compensation programs and working with insurance companies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
At least five years of experience in an industrial occupational health department, one year of which includes supervisory responsibilities
Certification In Occupational Health and Safety
The expected hiring range for this position is $55.60 to $76.45
