Supervisor, Transaction Processing/Mail Room

About The Role
As a Supervisor, you will be work on multiple growing accounts and administrate processes of an automotive finance company.
Responsibilities

• Managing hiring, termination, coaching, training, recognition and rewards, performance evaluation and management, discipline, addressing employee concerns and staff productivity.
• Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting external/internal data and write reports
• Working with many organizations within the company to ensure the client has best of class service.
• Working with production style scanners, envelope slicers, postage machines, and other mailroom related equipment
• Resolving escalated and complex issues when traditional methods fail to solve unique problems.
• Assigning and managing employees to ensure the client Service Level Agreements are met, minimizing operational cost and maximizing operational.
• Analyzing operational performance through direct observation, interpretation of reports and collaboration with others. Determines opportunities for improvement of key metrics and executes action plans to achieve results.
• Working on a multisite rapidly growing account where we administrate many processes on behalf of an automotive finance company
• Supervising the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness .
• Maintaining and submitting pre payroll and assisting in HR Related questions.

Requirements

• Able to resolve escalated and complex issues when traditional methods fail to solve unique problems.
• Have basic computer skills including MS Office, Windows and Web-based reporting experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge of how servers, proxies, networks, firewall, and virtual machines work.
• Have 2 years of supervisor experience, mail room environment would be recommended.
• Demonstrate Knowledge with Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Project, Outlook, and other Microsoft software.
