We are seeking a SUPERVISOR OF ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES in Wausau, WI at Aspirus Wausau Hospital who provides supervision and direction to all EVS staff to establish and maintain a strong, functioning department. Assists in the overall direction and supervision of the Environmental Services department to ensure a clean and bacteriological safe environment for patients, visitors and staff at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated leadership in a team related capacity desired.
• Possesses good organizational skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping standards, practices, government regulations and codes normally acquired through completion of an associate degree in hospitality services, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field; or three or more years’ related work experience.
• A Bachelor’s Degree beneficial.
• Possesses demonstrated problem solving skills.
• One to three years related leadership in Housekeeping Services.
• Possesses interpersonal skills necessary in order to communicate effectively with staff, vendors and other departments.

Hours: 1.0 full-time, 80 hours every 2 weeks. PM shift. Benefits package available.
