We are now seeking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at The Historic Crags Lodge. This outstanding mountainside lodge is just steps away from the breathtaking scenery of Rocky Mountain National Park. In this position, you will supervise housekeeping operations to include rooms, common areas, and heart of the house areas to achieve and maintain the resort's standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring all public areas of the lodge are clean and well kept.
• Communicating with Maintenance and Front Desk: Maintenance needs, if a room needs to be put offline, etc.
• Making sure guests requests are met in a timely manner.
• Ordering supplies for housekeeping and laundry, and amenities for rooms and keeping checkbook updated.
• Quality checking rooms daily.
• Keeping Front Desk agents and room matrix updated on room status’.
• Build housekeeping schedule per Lodge and housekeeper needs.

Schedule Details:

Our Housekeeping Department operates 7 days per week. The Supervisor may work varying days from 8am to 4pm.

What are we looking for?

• Proficient English language to communicate both verbally and in writing with guests, owners, co-workers, and fully comprehend job assignments
• 1-3 years of related experience
• Basic computer skills
• High School Diploma/GED

Preferred, but not required:

• CPR/First Aid
• BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of Supervisory experience
