Expected Work Schedule For The Louisville Ministry Coordinator

• Occasional evenings and/or weekends for specific ministry needs
• Full- or part-time, flexible schedule
• Annual conferences such as the IFI Staff Retreat

Pay Structure For a Louisville Ministry Coordinator

• Pay range is typically between $24,960 and $72,800 after the period of support development, based on experience and other factors
• Requires the development of a ministry partner team to provide prayer and financial support to cover salary, benefits, and ministry expenses
• Training is provided to develop a team of ministry partners

About the area and Responsibilities of a Louisville Ministry Coordinator:

Not only is Louisville, KY known as the home of Muhammad Ali, the Kentucky Derby, Kentucky Fried Chicken and the Louisville Slugger baseball bats, it's also known for the University of Louisville, Bellarmine University and other colleges. There are about 1,000 international students in Louisville, which give this ministry a great opportunity to share the love of Christ with students from all over the world!

The Louisville Ministry Coordinator supports the location leader with church relations, volunteer mobilization, and campus ministry. This position relies on the Louisville Ministry Coordinator's knowledge of Christian values and content, the ability to share that with others, and administrative and people skills.

The Louisville Ministry Coordinator Will

• Establish and maintain church relationships
• Maintain data related to international students, church partners, and volunteers
• Participate in IFI events and Bible studies, and share the Gospel with international students within the context of genuine friendship
• Recruit and manage volunteers for activities

Qualifications needed from the Louisville Ministry Coordinator, including Spiritual Characteristics

• Proficient with technology necessary to the ministry, including Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Faithful in evangelism and hospitality to international students as well as discipling believers to do the same
• Well organized, takes initiative, able to work independently or collaboratively
• Flexible and adaptable
• Adherence to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies

Education/Experience Preferred For The Louisville Ministry Coordinator

• Cross-cultural ministry experience, preferred
• Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in education and/or ministry-related field or demonstrated experience mobilizing, training, and ministering to people
