Your Job
DEPCOM Power is looking for a Civil Superintendent to join DEPCOM's Construction team in the Self Perform division. This role involves 95% travel.

At DEPCOM Power, we design, build and operate some of the largest and most efficient solar plants for leading utility companies and asset owners. The construction team consists of two divisions including General Contracting and Self Perform. The Self Perform team is a rapidly growing division that provides space for growth and new opportunities. What You Will Do

• Ensure work and site conditions are congruent with plans, specifications and contracts
• Oversee and manage the Civil site personnel for utility scale solar projects for earth work and SWPPP
• Maintain daily reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Identify, plan and mitigate schedule delays, quality control, safety hazards and other site related issues
• Manage schedule and budgets from execution through completion of each project
• Solve any Civil problems as they arise
• Order and manager material and perform material takeoffs

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience operating equipment, dual slope lasers and GPS
• Civil experience
• Experience managing plans, schedule and budgets from execution through completion
• Valid driver's license
• Experience with clearing, grading, erosion control and utilities

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience with Self Perform in Civil
• Experience performing material takeoffs
