Job Requirements

Requires successful completion of a company drug screening. Requires ability to withstand prolonged exposure to vibrating motions. Requires ability to withstand seasonal temperature changes and windy conditions. Requires standing, walking and sitting for extended periods of time. Requires performance of repetitive stooping, kneeling, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling. Requires moving of materials and equipment. Requires minimum vision standards and depth perception. Requires ability to properly manage and handle pesticides, fertilizers, fuels, and lubricants. Requires ability to understand and follow directions from supervisor. Requires ability to interact with effectively with co-workers. Requires ability to understand and comply with posted work rules and procedures. Ability to read and comprehend instructions. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.

Job Location and Work Conditions

Work is performed outdoors in various field locations on ranch property. Requires exposure to all temperatures and weather extremes (i.e., heat, rain, wind, cold, and dusty conditions), moving equipment, loud noises, wetness, dust, fumes and requires walking on soft muck and hard uneven surfaces.

Non-Essential Job Functions

Assist in training new employees, Attend, and participate in company safety programs. Ability to operate other equipment in the Functional area.

Must be a team player who is willing to cooperate with others. Must be able to accept corrective criticism from supervisor. Must be willing to take a variety of assignments as assigned by management on an as-needed basis within the department and within King Ranch if necessary.
