Basketball (NBA) Systems Operator - Tracking Technology

Location: based in Atlanta, GA.

Hours: Shift pattern (including nights and weekends, whenever Basketball is played)

Salary: $57,500

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave after three months of employment, a 401k plan with matching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave after six months of employment.

We are recruiting to fill the Basketball Systems Operator role within our expanding team in the US. This opportunity is based at our regional headquarters in Atlanta.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of sports technology in top-flight sports leagues as part of a passionate and dynamic team.

Whilst we provide a number of services in NBA, your primary focus will be live operational delivery of our tracking technology for NBA games during NBA Preseason & Regular Season. Before the season starts, you will be provided comprehensive technical training over several weeks, and once the season is underway, you’ll be based in our Atlanta Office operating remote support to our clients around the country.

Due to the nature of live Basketball operations, In-season you will need to be prepared to work nights and weekends. Pre-season, you may also be required to travel within the US on maintenance and/or new system installation visits.

We will equip you with the technical training, support and full exposure to our systems to perform your day-to-day tasks but also encourage development and progression to help make an impact on what we do.
