Tombras, a 475+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking a Strategic Growth Supervisor.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
- Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail
- Good communicator, team player and collaborator
- Strategic thinker who can help craft our media story and pitch in a synched way
- Can creatively problem solve while juggling multiple projects and small details.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Brings different perspectives to potential new opportunities and new business process in general
- Advertising industry experience, ideally in the new business function and a strong understanding of media
- Understand the link between disciplines and establish strong partnerships with internal teams across disciplines to help support the larger goals of a pitch team.
- Stays well-informed of the marketing landscape and new business opportunities and trends
- Have a full understanding of what makes Tombras who we are and why, and be able to articulate that to both new potential clients and to internal teams and current clients to help support incremental organic growth.
- Manage incoming new business leads and take on client calls with new potential clients to help assess new opportunities
- Serve as an internal resource for teams providing assets and guidance for how we talk about ourselves to support incremental growth and with new client onboarding
- Facilitate, develop and organize all new business materials (capabilities decks, case studies, RFP language)
- Organize and communicate information with great attention to detail to help ensure the team is always on track and has the information needed to be successful.
- Become comfortable speaking with clients and authentically representing Tombras
