Job Title: Digital Transformation Summer Intern - Onsite Lenovo Corporate Office, Morrisville NC

Context: Lenovo is developing business models, processes, and IT systems to enable exciting new business models and offerings. The project team is hiring a number of Summer Interns to help senior team members design, deliver, and deploy these capabilities and deliver project success.

Role: The Digital Transformation Summer Intern will work with senior Digital Transformation and IT staff to document business processes and IT architectures for strategic transformational projects. They will assist Senior Digital Transformation Analysts to engage with business stakeholders and IT Product Owners to facilitate complete and unambiguous requirements discovery. They will help the senior analysts to translate unstructured and semi-structured information into coherent documentation charts and presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Help communicate plans and requirements to IT colleagues.
• Help prepare for, run, and digest the results of requirements and approval workshops.
• Capture input in meetings and discussions and, with guidance, turn it into diagrams, tables, epics, and stories that senior colleagues can use to communicate requirements and plans to business and IT colleagues

Required Skills and Education:

• Ability to learn rapidly in new environments
• Ability to effectively communicate with business colleagues
• Engaged in third-level study for STEM, Business Administration or similar third-level qualification

Desired Skills:

• Good organizational, planning, and coordination skills
• Exposure to business process analysis
• Presentation skills, ideally using tools like PowerPoint, Visio, Excel
• Exposure to IT requirements definition
