Assist communications staff with administrative work, including file management, drafting correspondence, and meeting coordination.

Manage meeting logistics, such as conference rooms, attendees, audio visual (AV), and catering needs.

Additional responsibilities may include filing press clips, tracking media appearances, and providing support for litigation and report rollouts.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Exciting Social, Philanthropic, and Networking Events with other Perdue Interns

Travel to Perdue Locations Such as our Innovation Center, Perdue Learning University and Live Production Farms

Areas may include but are not limited to: Sales, Marketing, Operations and Logistics

Basic technical knowledge of website best practices, content management systems, and digital trends

Strong prioritization, assessment, organizational and time management skills, and impeccable attention to detail

Experience with website and app creation and management

Manage and schedule push notifications on the Cardinals app

Education: A bachelor’s degree or working towards the completion of a degree

Experience: Minimum 2 years of website design experience

Help prepare for, run, and digest the results of requirements and approval workshops.

Engaged in third-level study for STEM, Business Administration or similar third-level qualification

Work closely with our world-class engineering team to design, develop and test firmware for embedded systems.

Assist in the development of MATLAB simulations for signal processing algorithms.

Assist with content editing and placement using our Content Management System, CMS

Problem solving skills, critical thinking skills, strong communication skills

Audit the PIDSA website for Search Engine Optimization, SEO, best practices, with a heavy focus on Google SEO best practices

Analyze paid search campaign data to help optimize campaigns for conversion rate optimization, CRO, for both Google and Bing Ads

Assist with testing and implementing new website and or product database deployments
