We are looking for a motivated individual to come lead our team at Crumbl Vienna! If you like to make a difference and put a smile on people’s faces, then come help us make the best cookies in the world!

Management Requirements:

• Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Must have strength in scheduling a crew of 30-50 people
• Must have reliable and punctual transportation to Falls Church, Virginia
• Must be willing to work Saturday and weekdays
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• 18+ required
• High Availability
• Willing to undergo a background check

Your Responsibilities Will be to:

• Maintain a clean and professional environment
• Provide friendly and fast service for customers
• Leave drama at the door
• Support the team in any necessary responsibilities
• Build people up constructively, leave criticism at the door
• Be innovative to improve
• Meet specific metrics
• Have fun!

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in management of a team of 15+
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Positive attitude to support our culture
• Coachable and the ability to pass training on to others
• Excellent communications skills to connect with staff and customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean establishment
• Strong work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
