Location: Remote - MUST BE LOCAL TO SAN FRANCISCO, NYC, LA, OR SAN DIEGO

Pay: Up to $70 - $80 per hour DOE and location

Shops Ads Seller Success mission is to provide our sellers with the best-in-class tools to create, manage and grow their businesses. As a growth team, we strive to make our e-commerce platform different from any other e-commerce platform out there. We operate much like an innovative startup within the broader context of the company: we're focused on building out 0-1 product experiences and experimenting with big bet (and risky) ideas, and were not afraid to do things a bit differently from others.

Our team is focused on building out a comprehensive set of tools across multiple platforms. Some projects were working on in 2023 include:

• Design systems contributions, such as library updates, extending and adding new components.
• Running large scale, cross-team ideations and sprints to innovate on new features to help brands tell an effective story and better position their products for buyers across the family of apps, which turns into new investment opportunities for the product area and beyond.
• Improvements to existing commerce apps and extensions.
• Enablement campaigns to onboard sellers to the shopping platform.

We work across a complex commerce ecosystem and as a product team, our primary focus is on our users (sellers and buyers) needs and what we can achieve for them. We also regularly collaborate with partner teams to deliver experiences across the commerce journey and the Family of Apps.

• You are a strong communicator and storyteller: You understand the importance of a compelling narrative in your product feature work and can effectively present your work to partners and leadership teams. You're a clear and transparent communicator and are able to keep your teams and partners in the know on your top of mind and focus areas.
