Job Summary


This announcement will be used to fill one full time vacancy within the Minnesota Veterans Home-Silver Bay.

This position is accountable and responsible for the production and maintenance of staff schedules (Master and Daily); imputing of data onto computer systems; clerical support to Nursing management for completion of time books and nursing correspondence and inter and infra department; communications concerning schedules, nursing activity and data; and staff information.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Skill in using spreadsheet software (preferably Microsoft Excel) sufficient to enter and update data on spreadsheets.
  • Data Entry skills sufficient to create, enter, and process data and information records.
  • Customer service sufficient to answer phones, respond to employee schedule requests

Preferred Qualifications

  • Collect and deliver paperwork, records, supplies and other items from one location to another
  • Sort or assemble forms and other materials
  • Label and stuff envelopes

This position requires successful completion of the following:
