About the Role

This role is for the Growth Algorithms team. We focus on optimizing the experience of prospective and new clients as well as reengaging our existing clients. This role is focused on existing client re-engagement and we are looking for a thought leader to consolidate our existing efforts in this space and work closely with cross functional partners to expand. This role will have a large scope across traditional marketing channels (Email, Facebook, etc.) as well as integrations with the Stitch Fix core product (e.g., Homefeed). The Growth Algorithms team generates personalized content tailored to client preference, and selects targeted tactics to drive client engagement. Cross-functional collaboration is deeply meaningful to us and is how we’ve built up immense trust with our partners in Marketing, Product, Strategy, and Engineering.
